The art of modeled language is important. To avoid the mistakes of previous generations use repetition. Repetition is not necessarily just a modification, but it helps to teach how actual syntax, phonemes, and words are formed.
Use eye contact to ensure delivery is executed. Talk with a tone that is nurturing. This will encourage healthy development.
Most delays can be fixed. It is up to the family to participate as well as the caregiver.

The difference between NY and NJ is the sentiment. I am a little cold right now and in NJ, but it’s not frozen at home and I am feeling fortunate, because I am indoors right now. Outside is very cold. Now 13 degrees.
I do not have a space heater. I am sipping on tea and very bundled up. I would rather wear a coat because it is cost effective until I go to bed. Literally.
Creative Ways to Stay Warm
- Wear an old coat
- Wear layers
- Drink tea
- Grease more than hair
- Exercise/ move around
- Layer up your bed
- Cover your head with a scarf and steam your hair baggy method.
- Hug your loved ones
- Control your heat and share
- If it is too cold and you get sick stay home and cancel your daily activities. See a professional that can help
Every now and then, I revisit my Oath I took to get my career going from day one. I do it to keep me focused. Although I am not feeling well, I often need a reminder because I know why I chose this path.
When was the last time you revisited your oath. Just because you changed location of employment does not mean it ended.

This works in most environments. Some situations are just too impossible. At this point make up your mind and move on. If you are still up to it try plan B.
I wake up early but I work out through out the day and before bedtime. I am very alert during the day but I would love to push for 8 hours of sleep. I need to start getting to bed by 9:00 am like I used to in the past.
I never bought the scale so I need to work on purchasing one but only to monitor my progress.
